1. Introduction & Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of the TechFutara Ltd (trading as Hotstepa) platform. By browsing the website, you agree to these general browsing terms.

When you click "Start this Hot Deal", a specific deal-participation contract is formed between you and TechFutara Ltd (trading as Hotstepa). You will also be subject to any campaign-specific terms displayed before you participate.

Commercial Disclosure: TechFutara Ltd (trading as Hotstepa) may receive commission or referral fees from Partners when users complete qualifying campaign conditions.

2. Geographic Availability

Hot Deals and Partner offers are not available in every country. Availability may depend on your country of residence, current location, age, Partner eligibility requirements, and applicable legal or regulatory restrictions.

We may use technical information, including the approximate country associated with your internet connection, and information you provide to determine whether a campaign is available to you. You must provide accurate country and residency information and must not use a VPN, proxy, false address, or other method to circumvent geographic restrictions.

A campaign being visible does not guarantee that you are eligible. We may prevent access, suspend participation, or reject a claim where the campaign is unavailable in your jurisdiction or where the information available to us indicates that eligibility requirements have not been met.

The countries in which a Partner offer is available will be displayed with the relevant campaign. Offers that are unavailable in your detected or confirmed country will be withheld. We may remove, suspend or replace campaigns where required because of legal, regulatory or Partner availability changes.

3. The Deal Contract

Hotstepa is a promotional registration platform connecting users with third-party campaigns. Hotstepa is not a cryptocurrency exchange, broker, financial institution, or investment adviser.

  • Joining a Deal: Joining a Hot Deal is free. To begin, you must provide a valid email address.
  • Claiming Rewards: To claim a Partner reward, you must provide a valid UID or account identifier.
  • Eligibility & Assessment: Progress is assessed automatically using Partner data and our internal timestamps. If you believe there is an error in your progress, you have the right to challenge it by contacting support.
  • Leaving a Deal: You may abandon or leave a deal at any time. Once you formally leave a deal, we will halt administrative communications regarding that deal.

Event Organisers are solely responsible for issuing tickets, providing event access, and delivering their respective rewards. Hotstepa facilitates the tracking and verification but is not responsible for an Organiser's failure to deliver.

4. Communications vs. Marketing

Deal Communications:

When you deliberately start a Hot Deal, Hotstepa sends instructions, progress updates, reminders, verification information, and reward notices needed to operate that specific deal. You can stop these messages by leaving that deal, subject to a final confirmation message.

Optional Marketing:

With your separate, explicit permission, Hotstepa may email you about other free deals and offers. Marketing permission is completely optional and can be withdrawn at any time without affecting an active deal. We do not grant Organisations or Partners permission to market to you based on your participation in a Hot Deal.

5. Third-Party Partners

Certain campaigns require you to create accounts with third-party Partners.

  • Hotstepa does not control Partner services, approve accounts, perform KYC verification, or manage deposits/withdrawals.
  • Your relationship with the Partner is governed exclusively by their own terms and policies.
  • We are not responsible if a Partner experiences reporting delays that temporarily prevent us from verifying your deal progress.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable statutory consumer rights.

Subject to the above, Hotstepa shall not be liable for unforeseeable losses, trading losses, losses arising from cryptocurrency volatility, Partner account restrictions, or losses caused by a third-party Organiser's misconduct. Our liability is strictly limited to losses caused directly by our own breach of these Terms.

7. Modifications to the Service

We may modify platform functionality or these Terms to reflect changes in law, regulatory requirements, or improvements to our service. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material adverse changes. If a change materially disadvantages you regarding a deal you have already started, you retain the right to leave the deal and your already-earned entitlements will be protected where possible.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction, you retain any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. The courts with jurisdiction under applicable consumer law may hear disputes.
