1. Introduction These Terms of Service govern your use of the CryptoGuestlist platform and related promotional campaign pages. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. 2. Platform Purpose CryptoGuestlist is a promotional registration and referral platform connecting users with third-party promotional campaigns operated by event organisers and external partners such as Bybit. CryptoGuestlist is not a cryptocurrency exchange, broker, financial institution, or investment adviser. 3. Third-Party Services Certain campaigns may require users to create accounts with third-party providers including Bybit. CryptoGuestlist: does not control Bybit services, does not approve or reject accounts, does not perform KYC verification, does not manage deposits, withdrawals, trading activity, or account balances, does not guarantee access to any Bybit promotion or campaign outcome. Your relationship with Bybit is governed exclusively by Bybit’s own terms, policies, and compliance requirements. 4. Campaign Eligibility Eligibility for tickets, rewards, VIP access, or other promotional benefits is subject to: campaign-specific conditions, organiser verification, Bybit account status, successful completion of any required onboarding steps. CryptoGuestlist does not guarantee eligibility, rewards, tickets, or campaign approval. 5. Organiser Responsibility Event organisers are solely responsible for: issuing tickets, providing event access, delivering rewards or benefits, handling event-related complaints or fulfilment. CryptoGuestlist is not responsible for organiser actions, cancellations, or failures to deliver promised benefits. 6. User Responsibilities Users agree to: provide accurate information, comply with applicable laws, avoid fraudulent or abusive activity, not impersonate another person, not attempt to manipulate campaign eligibility systems. 7. Marketing Communications By providing consent, users may receive communications from CryptoGuestlist and the relevant campaign organiser regarding campaigns, events, promotions, and related services. Users may unsubscribe at any time. 8. Intellectual Property All platform branding, software, designs, and content remain the property of their respective owners. 9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoGuestlist shall not be liable for: losses arising from cryptocurrency activity, trading losses, Bybit account restrictions or closures, event cancellations, organiser misconduct, inaccurate third-party information, service interruptions beyond reasonable control. 10. Modifications CryptoGuestlist may modify campaigns, platform functionality, or these Terms at any time where reasonably necessary. 11. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws determined by the operating legal entity of the platform, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws.
